Trueno is stepping back into the spotlight in a big way, revealing plans for his fourth studio album, Turr4zo, which dropped April 24 through Sony Music Entertainment US Latin.

The album announcement came via a post to his Instagram alongside the caption “TURR4ZO 4/24”, he unveiled a teaser clip hinting at the project’s vibe. In the video, Trueno debuts a refreshed look while moving to the nostalgic Argentine street anthem “Tírate un Paso” by Los Wachiturros, a track closely tied to the early 2010s barrio scene.

Trueno just wrapped up a stint touring with Gorillaz during their The Mountain Tour 2026 across the UK. Joining the iconic group for seven performances, he took the stage in cities including Glasgow, Cardiff, Leeds, Nottingham, Liverpool, Belfast, and Dublin—all of which sold out. He’s also set to reunite with the band this June for their already sold-out show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

Beyond touring, Trueno is also featured on The Mountain, Gorillaz’s latest album. He appears on the track “The Manifesto” alongside Proof, a song that has already racked up more than 20 million streams on Spotify, standing out as one of the project’s most popular releases.
