Cole Bennett’s Lyrical Lemonade production company has released Juice Wrld and Cordae‘s “Doomsday” track, which they wrote and recorded together back in 2019.
‘Doomsday’ is the first single off Bennett’s forthcoming compilation album, and sees Juice and Cordae exchange bars over the instrumental from Eminem’s ‘Role Model’ from Em’s classic 1999 album, The Slim Shady LP. The nostalgic music video shows the original footage of the two rappers in the studio finalizing the production, and includes what Juice intended for the music video’s visuals. The end of the video includes a message to all viewers who are struggling with their mental health: “You are not alone, your mental health matters. Please don’t suffer in silence. Text ‘LF999’ to 741741. It’s available 24/7 and is free and confidential. Share your story or read some of the stories that have been shared. Visit livefree999.org to learn more.”
